Fit to upsetting the hemispheres for cold joints for tree-forks for motorcycles in duralumin.
The bar of the fork is locked with a duralumin mold closed with two pistons of the total capacity of 250 T. Il terzo pistone, della potenza di 350 T, lavora sul piano orizzontale e forma la semisfera a freddo necessaria per lo snodo. The third piston, the power of 350 T, works on the horizontal plane and forms the cold hemisphere required for the joint. La centralina e' comandata da due motori da 30 Kwatt cadauno con pompe a portata variabile a pistoni. The unit is controlled by two motors each with 30 Kwatt piston variable displacement pumps.
The machine can be used for similar work for steel bars preheat induction.
The machine is available with the mold to make hemispheres of a diameter of 60 mm.
